Private sessions are the most personalized and powerful way to work with me.
It’s a focused, intense and effective approach to get you well on your way to weight loss.
Weekly sessions are 50 minutes, over the phone, which allows you to show up from wherever you are – however you are!
During these coaching sessions, we focus on you and craft a plan unique to your situation. You will get support and coaching from me while you learn to implement what you learn into your life. The pace is set according to you and what you’re ready for.
