Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis Coaching Program
Support to help you navigate life’s curveballs while getting life back under control.
You’re handling your autoimmune diagnosis the best way you know how. You’re not in denial and you’re taking steps like eating differently and moving more to decrease inflammation in your body. You are determined not to let your chronic illness hold you back – but you’re secretly worried that it will.
You’re a master at finding new ways to improve your health, but you’re tired of all the conflicting information. You’ve made many changes that kind-of work but you still don’t see a huge difference.
Keeping up with everything you “should be doing” is overwhelming- especially when you’re still dealing with health problems and doctor’s visits.
And the next time someone tells you that you can’t get better unless you give up everything you love and only eat food that tastes like cardboard, you just might scream.
You wish you could feel like yourself again.
You’re ready to start putting yourself and your dreams first. You want a life where stressing about your chronic illness is in the background – and YOU are your focus again.
You call yourself a realist, but you’re hopeful that you can heal your body on some level – even with a chronic illness.
You’re ready to make peace with yourself and find what your body needs to feel better again.
Imagine you finally feel confident that you’re making the right changes that will make a difference in your health.
How great it feels to actually have made the changes in your stress, eating, and working out that you’ve been thinking of doing for months?
Imagine feeling like yourself again and knowing that you can constructively handle any surprises that come your way – without them totally disrupting your life.
Do any of these sound familiar?
- You’ve tried for a while to get a handle on your stress and anxiety, but the stress keeps creeping back into your life.
- There are some healthy habits you’d like to try, but you feel defeated because you’ve tried so many things that don’t seem to get you anywhere.
- You’re spending time, energy, and money on various therapies, but you’re frustrated because you don’t really know if any are actually working.
- You’re tired of living in fear of the unknowns that come with a chronic illness and are ready to feel less afraid and more in control.
I work with people who want to live their lives, not their diagnosis.
You want to feel great and live a healthy, drama-free life that is focused on YOU, not your diagnosis.
You’ll learn to balance taking action with taking care of yourself so you can feel like yourself again. (Maybe even a bit better.)
As a result of this coaching program, you’ll…
- Gain time, and save money by learning how to quickly know if a therapy is working for you or not.
- Know how to feel calm and confident in your daily life.
- Have a clear strategic plan of changes you want to make in your lifestyle and know-how to stick with them – no matter what’s happening in your life.
- Learn how to stop fearing the unknown and feel at peace with your diagnosis and future.
The Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis Coaching Program includes:
The Jumpstart Worksheet
Get the most out of our time together right from the beginning. You’ll answer some simple questions to help identify where you are and where you’re struggling.
12 Weekly private coaching sessions
During each 50-minute private coaching session, we’ll focus on overcoming your personal challenges. We can cover everything from how to gracefully handle people who “don’t believe you” to making peace with your body. You’ll get strategies and support to get the results you need.
The Open Door Policy
During our 3 months together, you get direct access to me via email – even if you have a question 5 minutes after we end a session. Get help with what we worked on that week, or just get a pep talk (my specialty) to keep you on track between sessions.
You can create a healthy lifestyle and not be so focused on your diagnosis all the time.
