For as long as I can remember, I have been stressed out.  I was even one of those anxious little kids.  I remember in second grade, I learned the word “frustrated”.  It was like I finally discovered how I felt.  I went around for months declaring “I’m so frustrated!”  At age 7, that’s pretty sad.

At age 22, my MS diagnosis was like a smack upside the head.  After stressing out my for my entire life, something really had to change.  It still took me 8 years to figure it out.  But I finally did.

Here’s what I realized: The usual suspects in stress management (massage therapy, breathing, counting to 10 before you explode) work really well.  But I was always one step behind my stress.  I was working to lower it once it was already there.

I needed to get in front of it.

That is the core of my stress management coaching.  I teach my clients to let go instead of attaching to what stresses them out.

This four-week course is adapted from a group coaching class that I did with amazing results.  Learn the ways to truly get in front of your stress with this course packed full of tools and concepts.  By making it a personal one-on-one program, I will help you apply everything to your life and coach you along the way.

– 6 (60) minute 1:1 sessions

Single Sessions
$125.00 (60 minutes)

One-on-one sessions are customized entirely to your unique situations and goals.

Great if you need a few follow-up sessions, a quick intensive for a problem at hand or want to schedule at your leisure.
Monthly Coaching
$425.00 per month
