Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis™
You have more than a few lifestyle changes that you want to make to help your autoimmune disorder. But, although you start out strong, you’re finding that staying consistent and keeping the motivation going is tough.
I’ll teach you to unlock the power of your mind to easily create and maintain healthy lifestyle changes without burning out or beating yourself up.
Do any of these sound familiar?
✴ You want to make healthy lifestyle changes because you know it helps your chronic illness. You start off strong, then life happens and you aren’t so consistent. You beat yourself up for not sticking with it and put off starting again. It feels like this cycle is on repeat.
✴ You shy away from asking for what you need because you’re ”supposed” to be okay. You don’t want to take resources away from others.
✴ You say things like, “I’m my own worst enemy,” “I shouldn’t let myself get so stressed,” and “I’m not good enough/strong enough/disciplined enough…”
Imagine how it would feel to…
⚡️ Be able to easily stick with any healthy change you want to make – without the drama, stress, and burnout.
⚡️ Have the confidence to ask for what you need- big or small, without feeling self-conscious.
⚡️ Treat yourself like your best friend; with respect, compassion, and kindness.
All of this is possible for someone who pushes themselves
a bit too hard, even if you feel like you have to.
I can’t wait to show you how.

She loves to hike in the mountains with her Blue Heeler — and sometimes other humans, too. She’s happiest when traveling with her husband and exploring new things — or simply sitting poolside with a good book.
What Andrea’s clients say about working with her…
“This programme is as whip smart as it is enlightening. Andrea has managed to condense a huge amount of material into a simple, streamlined process that gives an entirely new spin on our relationship with our inner mean girl. The thing that really stands out for me is the love with which it is approached- Andrea’s signature unwavering commitment to treating ourselves with the utmost respect and tenderness makes transformation easy and sustainable.”
“Andrea has a way of shining a new light on any struggle or stressful situation I encounter. I will forever see the world differently. I finally understand what people are talking about when they say that all the answers are within you. I’ve gained a sense of freedom and empowerment. It’s impossible to interact with Andrea without becoming enriched as a person.”
“What I’m learning with you in this short time would have taken me months or even years to have come to on my own, if ever! You’ve pointed me to look at things I may have overlooked and suggested taking some action as a way to further investigate what I noticed. The result has been relevant experiences that have accelerated my personal growth in ways that mere words and concepts never could. It would be hard to overstate the value that this coaching experience has brought me to…Thank you, Andrea!”
