I have spent the majority of my life at war with my body. I thought my weight was always going to be a struggle. I thought something was wrong with me because I had a hard time staying motivated.

Then something happened. I started to get moving. I became consistent and started to love working out. I thought I was lucky, that I was just one of those people. But It wasn’t luck. There were key elements that I put into place for myself that catapulted me into having consistency, motivation, and joy in my workouts.
