This week on the Health Mindset Podcast, we’re talking about the main reason why even the most doable goals don’t get done. We think we’re sabotaged by unexpected cake, we don’t have time, and just can’t “get on board” with the changes we want to make.
Nothing could be farther than the truth.
We’re not lazy at all – we simply need to learn how to keep our mindset in check while we make changes. Our thoughts are what determine if we take constructive action to get the results we want or sabotage our efforts.
This podcast is all about forgetting those tired excuses and finding out how to get your needs met- without shame.
